Reviewed July 6, 2023 (edited October 27, 2023)Nose: vanilla, carmel Palate: sweet, vanilla, rye herbalness and spice. Finish: nice peppery finish with some grassy herbal notes. Some oaky notes as well. Overall, an excellent bourbon! I like that it is bottled in bond, too. -

Inviting and grain-heavy, this is the kind of aroma you expect from well-aged Dickel. PALATE Dried corn, caramel, oak, cinnamon, leather, dried tart cherries, touch of vanilla, and brown sugar. Like the aroma, this is exactly what you want as a fan. FINISH Long -> Dried corn, oak, caramel, and spice.
