Tasting Notes
"This whiskey is a bit like a hot toddy that's been left to cool. Aromas of tart apple, cinnamon, clove, cherry cola, and citrus zest fill the nose. The palate is hot, sweet, and spicy, with more of that cherry cola element mixing with tangy zitrus and mulling spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice) coating the tongue with a bit of earthy char. The finish is a bit hot, but that tang and sweetness last a good long while. "
