Reviewed May 6, 2023 (edited August 28, 2023)Honey, floral, lumberyard nose with dialed in rye spices. Vaniila and toffee make an appearance right on cue. Implies this bottle runs a tight ship. Splash of timber on the tongue with ginger, cinnamon, clove and apple. A robust, spicy sip. An herbal sagebrush wild west note lurks in the background. Balanced spicy finish that curves upward into sunny apple pie. Quite good. Compares well to Maker’s Mark cask strength.Gomer's of Kansas -

Reviewed March 26, 2023On the nose: I get a deep fried Oreo on the nose, definitely that cookie flavor coming out. Really kind of liked that. On the Palate: Brown sugar or cake batter one of the two got both on different tastes. Finish: Lots of flavor here, which is a good thing. Brown sugar with hints of spice I liked the mystery behind this one. Love that cookie and cream taste and brown sugar.
