Gin Mare

I recently had Four Pillars Olive Leaf. Gin Mare is similar as they both are a savory gin using olives. The difference is that used in a martini, Gin Mare is amazing. Four Pillars instead makes a great G&T.

A little too savory for a gin in my opinion. Proof that creativity is sometime unnecessarily utilized. I don’t mind modern gins, but this is just off.
