The trio of signature expressions highlight the wood management expertise of master distiller Billy Walker. The 12-year-old Pedro Ximenez Sherry Wood Finish was matured for over ten years in American oak wood barrels before its additional maturation in Pedro Ximenez puncheons.

Tasting Notes
"Sultanas, raspberry and polished oak stand out at first, followed by triple sec, chocolate and elderflower. The palate travels along a similar path, with some overripe banana and blackberries thrown in the mix. Fairly complex and decently balanced."
