Glenfarclas 15 Year

Fresh stone fruit, malt and sherry on the nose. Raisins, clove, cinnamon and honey on the palate. The finish is sweet, spicy and of medium length. Overall a very well-crafted whisky, but a little heavy on the sherry for me.

Damn refined. Rich Sherry, roasted nuts, sweet malt, and pressed vanilla. Enticing stuff. Meat and dark honey at the beginning of the palate. Sweet to smokey mid palate. Darker Sherry than the nose. A lingering mineral and smoke finish. Absolutely solid.
