Glenfiddich Project XX

Very interesting dram. A bit spicy yet smooth. Short aftertaste with notes of spice, oats, earth and maybe cherries. Interesting story behind which matches the interesting taste.

Lots of spice and vanilla on the nose. The palate is rich and the finish is hot with chili and peppers.

Damn good effort and result from Glenfiddich. Nose: simple and pleasant: oak, berries, caramel, honey and malt. Palate: berries, honey, oak, malt, and smooth toffee notes The finish is smooth: toffee, berries, dry wood and soft honey notes. This whisky restored my faith in Glenfiddich again.
