Glenglassaugh Evolution

There’s a cereal maltiness on the nose, along with notes of cola and lemon. The arrival is a little sharp but there’s an interesting sweet and sour element with a tartness that’s appealing. Orange peel and baking spices emerge in the development, and a there’s a medium finish with a lingering sweetness.

You definitely get the Tennessee whiskey barrel on the nose and in the flavor. Stone fruits dipped and honey, sprinkled in cinnamon & cocoa powder.

3.9 글렌 글라사 에볼루션 향은 달달한 바닐라, 생크림, 배청, 직선적이다 맛은 괜찮은 엔트리 버번캐에 자극까지 더해진 느낌이라 만족스럽다 카라멜 과자 먹는듯하다 좀 달짝지근한 향도 느껴진다 다만 달고 직선적인 캐릭터 때문에 살짝 물릴 수 있을꺼 같다.

Vanilla, honey and butter on the nose. Continues on the palate with some sour notes creeping in. Intriguing but not necessarily my cuppa. Not what I will reach for and will not replace.
