Glenmorangie 18 Year

Deliciously sweet. A departure from the smokey peat I usually go for, but one that is very, very welcome. I get honey and lemon on the nose - I can actually picture a flakey, lemon pie if I close my eyes. Smooth mouthfeel with the sweetness of dessert following right along. Hints of cherry come through, as does a touch of smoke on the finish - just barely there. Mild spice that lingers for a bit. A really nice dram that borders on being too easy to drink!
