Tasting Notes
"Allta is a beautiful whisky that shows off another side of the Glenmorangie pendulum. On the nose, wood tones are restrained in favor of rustic baked bread with earthy cereals and a citrus peel freshness. The palate is plush with a firm spicy punch balanced by citrus pith and more fresh bread. Dry spiced tones are given the chance to shimmer in an upbeat finish. Allta will open doors and may one day make yeast as romantic as oak."
