Dark (the best show on Netflix by the way) amber waves of grain infuse this distinctly sweet concoction. The port barrel smacks you in the face like POTUS at a news briefing. This was my first Glenmorangie, but tis not the last! Highly recommended by this scotch youngling.

Dark, almost red in color. Copper-ish, even. Buttery, rich mouth-feel. Chocolate and vanilla with a hint of allspice. Best tasted with your paternal grandfather after a mid-afternoon lunch on Thanksgiving Day, sitting on the patio overlooking the hill country on his retirement estate just southeast of New Braunfels.
