The nose of the gin features sweet notes of citrus peels and herbal scents of corriander and annais. There is a strong whiff of alcohol in the finish of the nose.
The gin tastes strongly of juniper that evolves into herbaceous annais and corriander. The spirit has an oily quality to it. Once swallowed, the tail is lead by strong floral notes of juniper this transitions into an earthy flavor. The whole experience makes for a well balanced drink.
