Tasting Notes
"The aroma leans towards buttered pastry with baked apple peeking in around the edges. Oak and light lime pith is there as well. The tequila is lightly sweet on the tongue and is full and soft on the palate. There's a moderate slickness there and the apple brandy flavors are again are shown with a light touch. Throughout there's a gentle agave herbaceousness around. If you're looking for a full on dessert tequila, this may not fit the bill for you. But while the flavors aren't incredibly dynamic, it's perfectly okay and doesn't completely hide the agave notes. "
