"Washington, DC is famous for its cherry blossoms, so it's fitting that the first modern distillery in the District would find a way to use them in a gin. Green Hat's spring and summer seasonal release is a unique take on floral gins, pairing juniper with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and of course, cherry blossoms. Slightly sweeter than Green Hat's classic gin, it's easy to imagine this one in summer cocktails like a Sloe Gin Fizz or in a soft, approachable Martini. "
