Tasting Notes
"On the nose, find a combination of dark chocolate and mint a la Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, along with a grainy profile with rye spice and malt, and tannic oak. The palate is hot but approachable given the ABV, and features licorice, kola nut, black pepper, and cacao nibs. On the finish, find anise, vanilla extract, leather, wood shop, and spearmint."
