Hatch Distilling Co. 1916 Bourbon Whiskey

Nose- minerally,earthy, wet tobacco, banana/grape. Palate- lots of young wood up front, spicy rye character in the mid, mild caramel, some grassy mint, banana runts. Finishes dry and long with barrel char and honey apricot. Overall- lots going on. Not a full-bodied classic bourbon. High rye, high char, mid sweetness. Lower spice. Would go well with a mild cigar.

Real nice, pleasant, oak, almond

Nose: hay/straw, light oak, green apple Taste: vanilla, sweet oak, honey, bubblegum Finish: light-medium body
