Hayman's Sloe Gin

September 16, 2018 from a miniature. Served in a Glencairn glass. A dark burgundy color. Intensely fruity on the nose. Intensely fruity on the palate as well. Yup, tastes very plummy. Sweet and yet tart. Not a bad balance between the two. Pleasant but not complex. Once is enough.
