WhiteDistilled from a cereal mash bill comprised of any grain(s). Generally unaged except in the US, where it must age at least briefly in oak for an unspecified amount of time. Sometimes sold as "moonshine" although that is a misnomer.

Tasting Notes
"The nose strikes a chord of clean spirit versus just the right amount of rawness. Peppery and floral rye grain doesn’t shy away from the nose. Neither does plenty of new make heat that settles this whiskey into a beautiful groove. Sweet grasses and honeycomb enhanced by surges of rye pepper sit in the mouth. Then it’s cereals and waxy honeycomb’s turn through an evolving and mellowing finish."
