Here, their wheat whiskey mash bill is featured (51% wheat, 37% corn, 12% malted barley). A total of 277 barrels produced in August and September 2005 were aged for a minimum of 19 years.
This release marks the oldest wheat whiskey released to date from Heaven Hill. Available nationally and internationally on a limited basis beginning March 2025. (SRP $299.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is sweet, jammy, spicy with notes of fresh raspberries and cherries, cinnamon, nutmeg and icing sugar. The palate is like graham crackers with cinnamon sugar sprinkles that have been covered in tart berry jelly. Though it is chock full of sweet spices mingling with the other flavor components, the finish rounds out evenly, with only a faint spark of spicy heat instead of an overpowering hot cinnamon effect. "
