    19th October, 2021 Nosing: light oak, sweet, honey Palate: smooth, dull; vanilla, oak Finish: short; oak, present ethanol, stonefruit Enjoyed neat, over ice, in an Old Fashioned, and at varying ratios with Coca Cola No Sugar. Just tasting the alcohol and the barrel more than anything else. Not quite bad enough to pour down the sink.
