With Fever Tree tonic. Tasting alongside Sipsmith—H is a bit more juniper-forward.

Tastes of citrus come through immediately, followed by the mellower, gentler taste of cucumber. The cucumber is prominent, and gives the gin a pleasant after taste.

Nice easy drinking, a strong green/garden palate which I like in most gin cocktails. Tried it in a g&t with some lime cordial (the bar had no fresh lime) but it still managed to stand up and offer some botanical freshness under the sweet citrus.
