Tasting Notes
"A touch of cucumber and some juniper berries welcome you on the nose, as well as a touch of ginger, chamomile and elderflower. The palate is lovely well-rounded, smooth and sweet with notes of honey, resin and soft wood spices. Superb stuff! How can you not immediately want to make a Tom Collins after tasting this?"
