N: Burnt caramel, stir-fried mixed veggies, vanilla, sweet agave, barrel char, and maybe some buttered bread.
P: Sweet vanilla and caramel, floral notes, bell pepper, a hint of diesel fuel (and somehow not in a bad way), salt, and white tea. Mouthfeel is light, almost thin but not quite, with sourness in it that I don't associate with any particular flavor.
F: Dash of cinnamon, sweet oak, barrel spice, cooked vegetables, soy sauce, earth and cut grass.
Plenty going on here. Super interesting tequila, I think, but my experience is limited. I have a general aversion to tequila, but I'm trying to work through that here and there. Call it tequila therapy. I doubt I would do this one again, but that's more about the cost than my general aversion - this kinda breaks through the aversion, but at a price I'm not willing to regularly pay. Teq heads would likely feel differently.
