Reviewed December 8, 2024An elegant, Agave Spirit by Brown - Forman Disitillery in Lowland, Mexico. It is double distilled in pot stills & aged for 14 months in heavily charred & deeply grooved new American white oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, cilantro, vanilla & butterscotch; while a rich & full life adds notes of sea-salt caramel, citrus, plantains, oak, dried apples & apricots; that led to a spicy & velvety death of medium length with notes of pepper & coriander.
