Reviewed October 25, 2014 (edited February 21, 2015)Lovely. Definitely a grapey sherry finish. But overall it's got sweet cereal, malted vanilla, maple syrup, delicate sweet summer fruit and sunshiny smoothness. Paired with a creme brûlée it's amazing. -

Reviewed October 16, 2014 (edited February 15, 2015)Hot alcohol nose, unable to discern much. Flavor is mostly apple and vanilla, with some orange and honey. Added a couple of ice cubes to soothe the burn, but would like to try an older expression neat.
