A sherry-aged treat that’s not overly grapey-sweet. It’s complex and full with an herbal dried fruit flavor that’s rich and lightly spicy. The sweetness comes through after the oaky first notes and lingers with a briny tart finish that invites you back.

Citrus, fresh fruit, honey with an almost tropical passionfruit taste chased by breakfast cereal grains, light vanilla, sweet toast, lightly maple pancake and light oaky finish. Smooth and drinkable with no bite. Breakfast treat!

Nose is a charred campfire, color and body are thick amber. First taste is syrupy caramel molasses candy with a long fiery peppery burning finish that goes back to the campfire.

Fairly thin, not much body or burn. Sweet honey rosewater ginger banana bread.

Not as good as I expected at 94. Definitely pleasant but not as mind-blowing my complex as some. Kind of dark rich caramel burnt cream smoky peppery jalapeño medium strong burn.

Nose is pure sweet corn, kind of heavenly. It's light, very sweet, buttery caramel, mild and almost no burn. Airy spun sugar, uncomplicated, smooth.

Nice clear cereal tones with bright sweet honey water and light butter. A lightly sweet clear bright mild burn, golden fruit with a tiny pepper finish. Lovely.

Lovely. Definitely a grapey sherry finish. But overall it's got sweet cereal, malted vanilla, maple syrup, delicate sweet summer fruit and sunshiny smoothness. Paired with a creme brûlée it's amazing.

This is really interesting- it's sweet but not in a toffee/vanilla heavy way, instead it's incredibly light like a delicate thin fruit juice. It's clear and bright, with moderate burn. The nose is off-putting to me, astringent, which knocks it from a 4 to a 3. The "hay" note might be right on. Not that rich caramel some have. Still, it pairs nicely with rich foods, cheese and chocolate because it's so clear and fine. Like pears and green grass and a touch of honey.
