Hibiki Japanese Harmony

Nice smooth whisky, as usual being Japense bit expensive for NAS

Light sherry. Stays hot for a while on the finish. Finally got to taste this.

Sweet, slightly floral nose with just a hint of spice. Plum up front quickly dissolves into dried fruit, cinnamon, and vanilla with a mild lingering finish where the oak finally peeks through with a little bit of spice. A lovely first foray into Japanese whiskey!
