Hibiki Japanese Harmony

Its not very good, just a forgettable "scotch" And i wanted to love it... Supposedly the best old fashioned i ever had was made with this stuff. But it might have just been the smoke. That being said this is VERY overpriced. It should be under $50 and then it would be a buy

If "traditional" label can be put on Japanese whiskey, the base of this dram qualifies.... Light, fruity, easy to drink. The other expected notes are there though: mostly smoke and spice. A lot to like though I feel like the blending of the two elements is not as smooth as some well regarded Scotch bottles.
