High West A Midwinter Night's Dram Act 6 (All Scenes)

Compared to other years this one was just...lacking “Christmas” in it. Bit hot to start and fizzled out without the sweet fig and allspice hanging out like other years.

Dark fruit with earth tones and a bite of spice. Smooth on the way down. Warms the soul

Cinnamon then spice then fruit.

Still extremely good (Scene 5) but not as epic as the other version I've tried. Aroma is nice and has both spice notes of Rye but also deep baking spices and dark fruit. Opened up nicely Mint, berry, all spice and lots of Rye notes in the flavor. Couple drops of water were nice and kicked up the spice. I'll continue to look for this Rye and it's a favorite.
