This is the first with some of their own Rye distilled in Utah.
Finally after 3-5 being two sweet for me. This one actually a copycat of Act 1 its glorious
Act 6, Scene 3
One of the best noses I have experienced. The rye spice is perfectly balanced by the port wine sweetness. A nice long finish. This is a special dram, which is why I picked up 2 bottles.
Typical rye spice, rounded and mellowed with time and the influence of the port cask. Sassafras, candied ginger, orange peel, dark cherries, dark chocolate covered nuts. All with a subtle vanilla cream weaving throughout. Long finish which lifts off into the warmth of the alcohol at the very end.
