High West Bourbon

Sweet toasty nose. Strong in bass and middle. Short and light follow through. Not too complex but enjoyable

Nose: sweet like butterscotch, buttered toast or pumpernickel bread, minty Palate: bready and not overly complex Finish: not spicy and drinks to the proof Overall: I think High West puts out a really good product. It’s available everywhere and affordable. I try to keep their lineup on the shelf.
