Reviewed January 3, 2020 (edited February 25, 2020)Classic rye that has been tamed somewhat. It doesn't have the spiky quality I associate with rye. The spices, herbal flavors are there. I prefer double rye, as it's more aggressive, but this is a very friendly intro the the world of rye. -

Reviewed December 29, 2019Really well balanced rye. Nose is filled with dark dried cherries, spices and and dark chocolate. Taste follows with more rye spice, but its not overpowering and is balanced with more fruit notes and a long spicy finish. -
