RyeRye produced in the US must be made of at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels (no age requirement). Elsewhere, it will be made according to the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"The Amburana wood is quite powerful on the nose with a warm, woodsy scent coupled with a bit of floral aromas as well. The whiskey isn't really coming through at all until you taste and then it's presence acts like a base . It's got a medium full body and an incredible balance. It seems more like a ready-made cocktail (but not one that comes in a bottle, but one that has just been stirred). Just layered and lots to like here. While the bourbon is more spring like, this rye is autumn as you walk through the woods. Truly one of my favorite whiskeys to drink in quite some time."
