High West Yippee Ki-Yay (2019 Release)

A little on the sweeter side and not as standout as some of their finishes, I get more white wine notes than vermouth. Was hoping for more of a Manhattan

Smooth entry. Sweet. Smooth finish

Funky and different. Definitely taste the wine barrel finish.

Each bottle is a bit different. Maybe different times in the vermouth barrels. A bit too expensive

This was fun. Incredibly smooth. Maybe too smooth. The rye is subtle and you can definitely pick up the vermouth. I’ll pick one up if I can find it.
