Tasting Notes
"The nose is bright and fresh with a bit of youthful vigor and heat. There are notes of jalapeño and sea air. On the palate there's a touch of butterscotch sweetness, but also a bit of hot, tangy bitterness occasionally found in young Scotch. A drop of water tames things a bit, but doesn't release any additional complexities. This is a young, pleasant, and vibrant spirit that will need some additional aging for it to reach its full potential. "
