Tasting Notes
"This bourbon lands with a fruity and spicy aromas of sweet and tart orchard fruits — green apple, black cherry, quince — along with cinnamon, clove, and charred oak. The palate takes these flavors on with a rich base of cocoa, caramel, and roasted nuts with additional notes of toasted corn and rye. It's chocolatey and fruity with an oaky burn toward the finish. "
