Tasting Notes
"The nose is slightly smoky, with aromas of grilled apple, caramel, sweet spices, and leather. The palate is tart and nutty on entry, with additional notes of cherry cola, nutmeg, clove, black pepper, and sarsaparilla unfolding with additional sips. Soft spices, walnut skin, and charred oak follow through in the medium-heavy weight finish. "
