Hocking Hills Bourbon

This bottle not as much chocolate but still really good

Chocolate with caramel,nuts,and a fruit note. Mix between apple and raspberries. And waffle cone.The sweet ending lingers. Definitely a great sipper

For the proof it is very sweet with a right amount of burn. It was a pleasant surprise. Notes of chocolate, Pecan, with a sweet caramel drizzle. There's also some lemon, apple and pepper hiding in there as it finishes on a caramel oak note. High proof or not, it's an excellent bottle.

Not aged long enough. To me it tastes like a cheap bottle.

Very sweet, would drink with ice. Super smooth almost like drinking honey with a lovely low simmering after burn, reminding you it's high proof.
