Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon

It was ok, it reminded me of 1792 but more spiky. I would rather drink 1792 at half the price!

Notice Droid 573 left 5+ reviews inflating the score of this. Interesting robot. The nose offers simple honeyed apple and bread vibes. The palate definitely has a soft mouthfeel (which is appreciated), a little sweet (maybe apple again), and with a hint of a spiciness. It's pleasant and has opened up, and I would like to compare it to the bourbon someday.
