Ichiro's Malt & Grain

The nose hits first with sweet notes of vanilla and honey with a hint of fruit underneath. The palette continues the sweet theme, starting with caramel which then leads to warm, oily, and bitter notes. The finish is smooth with just a hint of spiciness and charred wood notes.

Complex.

Peach and lemon on the nose. Tropical fruits on the initial taste. It slides into smooth caramel mixed with cinnamon. There is a hint of vanilla as the caramel fades into the finish.

Light noise with some fruits. The palate is light and slightly sweet and a bit tart. The finish is clean.
