Tasting Notes
"The aroma is complex with a savory and fruity profile showing notes of apple peels, cloves, vanilla, rope, and char smoke. Confectionary scents come forth over time with aromas of caramel and chocolate. Tasting at proof is a little chewy, but not gritty. Flavors here are an underlying smoky character with cherry menthol, pencil shavings, and vanilla. With a splash of water more dried fruits come through like banana chips and dates and apricots. Solid expression with a good length to the finish. Would be enjoyable for those that don't want a dessert-like experience. (sampled 134.7 proof)"
