This is one of the first bottles in the Jack Daniel's Tennessee Tasters' Selection, a limited edition experimental series with bottles chosen by Jack Daniel's own master tasters.
This bottling was selected by assistant master distiller & master taster Chris Fletcher. Around 24,000 375ml sized bottles were produced.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma of the whiskey is mix of savory and fruity highlighted by notes of dark vanilla, raw leather, banana bread and char smoke. Candied butterscotch and cinnamon red hots follow through on the taste. Moderately long finish. Try neat first and if you prefer, add some water or a large ice cube although the whiskey is enjoyable as is. A solid whiskey and one to seek out when visiting the distillery."
