A solid Irish whiskey to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or even the occasional mixer for an obscure cocktail. It's sweet, slightly viscous, and floral. Even if you aren't a fan of Jameson, if you like Irish, you'll probably like this. There's not an offensive note in it, although it's not particularly complex.

Color is a golden oak. Aroma is soft but pleasant with main fruit and some warm spices in the background. First taste is vanilla with some almost burnt caramel. Gives way to some peppery nuttiness. Some light oak in the finish. Pleasant, smooth, drinkable. Not overly complex, but hits all the right notes and at less than $50 a bottle I gotta call it a winner.
Nose: smoke, warming spices, floral, vanilla and caramel
Taste: same what expected based on nose, smoke, allspice, sweet, a bit watery,
Finish: sweet, pungent, herbal, cinnamon
