Although its purpose is to represent Jameson in the Sherry segment, you can definitely feel the dominance of a bourbon cask. Honey maple butter and slight toffee on the nose with pepper and ginger coming out as an effect of the pot-still. Toasted wood, sweet cake, slight honey and vanilla on the palate. Then the finish is lingering with sherry notes. Not well-balanced from my point of view. Too sweet, without anything explosive and different from sweetness.
