Reviewed May 17, 2025 (edited October 8, 2025)Jameson is probably not a brand that a malt drinker would choose voluntarily, so this single pot still was a rather pleasant surprise. On the nose, I'm met with orchard fruits, lemon peel and mild spices, and there are cut flowers, pine sap and rich notes of barley. It's very rounded and appealing. Honey, peppery spices and a touch of banana unfold on the palate, balanced off by floral, herbal and slightly resinous flavors. Silky mouthfeel. The medium-length finish lingers with green tea, marzipan and pears. A pretty solid expression, who would have thought! RATING: 3.5/5.0 stars ≙ 83 pts → ABOVE AVERAGE45.0 EUR per Bottle
