Jefferson's Reserve Very Old Bourbon

Smells sweet and is sweet, but isn’t syrupy. Really floral, a little mild bitter herbaceousness, thins out at the front of my palate and doesn’t travel down my throat. A little weak. Fine but not my favorite.

Sweet, minty aftertaste, mild smarties

Floral and oak on the nose. Spicy finish that comes after a warm, cinnamon and floral palate.

The nose is syrupy with floral and fruity notes. The palette is warm and rich with notes of baking spices and honey. The finish adds a nice kick of spiciness but stays fairly smooth.
