Jefferson's Rye Cognac Cask Finish

Brown sugar, violet floral, grapey, and caramel flavors. A bit of pear fruit and vanilla. A bit of heat but smooth as hell

Very nice, a little bit of a sweet finish

Nose: rich, fresh grapes and light wine/rye Taste: a little cereal like a Japanese hits you at first, then tart honey and medium rye spice. It has that tart medium spicy finish. This is a tasty rye, wood be good with dinner or to start the night off. I wish it was a little stronger (in flavor and abv).
