Nose:
Light herbal notes almost like an herbs of provence. A brown sugar is there as well as a new leather. Like a new leather bound journal.
Sip:
Man, a balance of oak, herbs, and then a fresh baked bread. Like still warm fresh baked.
Finish:
Not super long. I tad bit of that herbalness and sweetness still there. Super nice sipper

Comparable to Sazerac; fruit, spice, and vanilla, and soft on the palate. Cannot fault Jefferson for imitating one of the best to do it with their blended rye.
