Nose: Peaty smoke but think almost campfire. Honey and then an earthy note Sip: honey! Then it drifts into an almost dank like mossiness, then drifts into some salinity then back to honey Finish: Medium length with honey and salt. This is fantastic, period. Enjoy if you like peatiness but softer

Nose: sweet, lemon zest, maybe a spice cake, and then a gentle whisp of smoke. After it rests a nice floral note arrives almost rose or peony like Sip: mid palate seems like where it lands with barrel char, that lemon zest is present, but the smoke to me is gone Finish: oily mouth feel, that sweet barrel char all sitting square in the middlemof my tongue. It is fairly short with the exception of bitter that seems to want to hang out Overall i would have this as a scotch and soda all day. Not so much of a sipper except maybe on the rocks Cheers everyone

Nose: Almost a lemon lime soda note, maybe a frosted flake cereal quality as well. Slightly floral like cut flowers you keep in your house Sip: That rum barrel is there in the form of that frosted flake cereal, very light and almost effervescent like. More floral and a mineral quality as well Finish: fairly short. That sweetness is still there but a bit non descript This s nice. I almost get an Corralejo anejo tequila vibe that i dig. Its 75degrees in Southern Ohio and it hits the spot!

Nose: Light herbal notes almost like an herbs of provence. A brown sugar is there as well as a new leather. Like a new leather bound journal. Sip: Man, a balance of oak, herbs, and then a fresh baked bread. Like still warm fresh baked. Finish: Not super long. I tad bit of that herbalness and sweetness still there. Super nice sipper

Nose: Musty, earthy almost mulch like, then a light minty herbal quality. Oak very present as well Sip: Sweeter on the initial sip with a funk to it. Very clingy to the throat and tongue. Oak still present Finish: Mid to long, turns a bit sugary and back to that mint. I kinda dig it. Killer in a Monte Carlo

My thoughts Nose: Fresh maybe green apples Black licorice hard candies Sip: Black licorice again bit on the sweet hard candy side Apples again but more cooked than fresh now with some spices Finish: Dry almost bitter but a nice bitter not ugly face bitter. Then smooths out to a honey syrup I really like this

This drinks as advertised. Apples, vanilla icecream on the nose. Sips give way to that same nose and finishes with almost a A&W Cream Soda flavor. Although if you blindfolded me id have a hard time not thinking this wasnt Irish

Nose: Not much really. Erhanol, almost a lemonlime pop, i get the prickliness of it Sip: Vanilla, but like the artificial vanilla extract. Then some woodiness arrives that is less than pleasant. Finish just hangs at this prickly, lemon lime pop again, and bitterness
