AROMA/ Sweetness, Vanilla, Sugar and Slight honey FIRST SIP/ Sugary sweetness, Slight honey TASTE/ Slight caramel, Slight vanilla, Sugar, and Honey Finish FINISH/ Caramel, Vanilla and Honey are all present with slight warming with a very smooth finish. 70 proof The bottle reads "a hint of sweetness" but this my friend, is like drinking a liquid Bit-O-Honey. There is very little bourbon taste, if any. This is definitely a dessert type drink. On the rocks, neat, or mixed with a soda of your choice. This is not a very complex beverage, just the same...consume responsibly. CHEERS!!
